- Payments: We accept secure payments through Paystack and Bank Transfer. Full payment is required before delivery.

- Gavin Furnitures is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs clearance.
- Inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damages or discrepancies within.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns: Items may be returned within 3 – 7 days if unused and in their original condition. Customized furniture is non-returnable.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Warranty
All products come with a 3Month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
